We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who wants to build real-world AI systems - from early prototypes to scalable, production-ready solutions used by thousands of users.
At COGITA, you will work on ambitious AI projects for enterprise clients, combining applied research with robust engineering and real business impact.
Your Role
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling AI systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing agent-based AI systems for complex, real-world use cases
- Integrating ML solutions with analytical platforms and clients’ internal APIs
- Experimenting with ML and LLM models, including tuning, benchmarking, quality evaluation, and hallucination reduction
- Designing and deploying RAG pipelines tailored to enterprise data and workflows
- Co-creating analytical and decision-support tools that automate and improve business processes
You will work closely with other senior engineers, researchers, and project leads, taking ownership of both technical quality and delivery.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or applied AI
- Proven experience deploying ML / AI systems to production
- Participation in at least 3 projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong software engineering mindset and experience working with real-world data
- Fluent Polish language skills (required)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical challenges
