We are looking for a Mid ML Engineer who wants to develop practical AI solutions and grow towards building large-scale, production-ready systems used in real business environments.
At COGITA, you will work alongside senior engineers and researchers on enterprise AI projects - learning how to take models from experimentation to reliable deployment.
Your Role
As a Mid ML Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of AI systems under the guidance of experienced team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of agent-based AI systems
- Integrating ML components with analytical tools and internal APIs
- Experimenting with ML and LLM models, including tuning, benchmarking, and quality evaluation
- Assisting in the design and implementation of RAG pipelines
- Contributing to analytical and decision-support tools that automate business processes

Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or applied AI
- Experience with ML / AI projects beyond experimentation
- Participation in at least 1–2 projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Solid programming skills and willingness to learn production practices
- Fluent Polish language skills (required)
- Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in a team environment
