We are looking for a Mid ML Engineer who wants to develop practical AI solutions and grow towards building large-scale, production-ready systems used in real business environments.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At COGITA, you will work alongside senior engineers and researchers on enterprise AI projects - learning how to take models from experimentation to reliable deployment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a Mid ML Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of AI systems under the guidance of experienced team members. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Supporting the development of agent-based AI systems<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Integrating ML components with analytical tools and internal APIs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experimenting with ML and LLM models, including tuning, benchmarking, and quality evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of RAG pipelines<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contributing to analytical and decision-support tools<\/strong> that automate business processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience<\/strong> in Machine Learning or applied AI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with ML \/ AI projects beyond experimentation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participation in at least 1\u20132 projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Solid programming skills and willingness to learn production practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluent Polish language skills (required)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in a team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
